Charlotte Mechanical is seeking an experienced Gas Piping Skilled Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a safety-focused professional with strong technical skills and experience in natural gas and propane line installation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install gas lines and fittings for natural gas and propane systems
- Install and work with black pipe, CSST, and TracPipe
- Connect gas lines to fireplaces, outdoor grills, kitchen appliances, generators, and other natural gas appliances
- Install gas piping for related equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and gas plans
- Apply and comply with North Carolina gas codes
- Maintain exceptional safety awareness of tools, testing devices, and jobsite surroundings
