Your main mission will be to manage the gastronomic production of the events organized at the Basque Culinary Center, where you will have the opportunity to interact with different agents (departments, suppliers, institutions...), thus improving the event management processes of the BCC.
Our main lines of work are focused on:
- Planning, organizing and elaborating the mise en place of the events.
- Cleaning and tidying up the corresponding kitchen facilities.
- Ordering of raw materials / utensils necessary to develop the activity.
- Promote the rotation of menus prioritizing seasonality and local products.
- Participate in the coordination of work teams with students, promoting their training and...
