GCC Engineer: Mechanical

Job Description

A Platinum Mining client of mine based in the Limpopo Province is looking for GCC Engineer: Mechanical who has exposure in both electrical & mechanical disciplines in mining. This role ensures effective and safe processing from raw materials handling, smelting, crushing and dispatching of matte. This should be achieved by focusing on plant and equipment life cycle performance with the emphasis on the four pillars, leadership, people, strategy and tactics.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Mechanical Engineering tertiary qualification

•Registered with ECSA

•5 - 10 years’ experience in the Mining Environment who have exposure in both electrical & mechanical disciplines will take preference

•BSC Engineering/Diploma (Electrical and Mechanical)

•Government Certificate of Competency (MHSA/OHSA)

•Must have five years post Engineering qualification experience
