GDS Business Manager

The strategy aims to grow by focusing on partnerships with groups of schools, districts and systems (GDS). These GDS require complex coordination of large volumes of professional learning. This position is the departmental lead for the GDS delivery, requiring a high level of collaboration within the department and with Community Partnership and Development (CP&D), Marketing, IBEN, and Authorization teams to anticipate needs and plan accordingly. South Korea is a GDS that has shown extremely high growth and demand for professional development. The demand is so high that a unique country-specific strategy for professional development delivery is required. This role will prototype and explore tactics to increase the scale and localization of PL Delivery. It will also be responsible for ensuring the PD offerings correspond to the schools needs and offers consistent quality.
