Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

* Define and execute the GenAI strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.

* Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents for enterprise applications.

* Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI for automation, personalization, and operational Technical Expertise & Development

* Design and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks like OpenAI GPT, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, etc.
