Job Description Title: General Accountant Summary Pro-Vigil is looking for a general accountant to perform a variety of accounting functions. Areas of Responsibility Month end close management globally Accounts Payable automation, validation, processing, and work flow management Fixed asset management Concur Expense Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation Inventory management Essential Functions Experience with month end balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with income statement analysis Experience with process documentation and automation. Audit and validate vendor invoices. Ensure that all invoices entered in NetSuite are properly approved by the appropriate Company manager as outlined in the expense authorization matrix. Work with the purchasing manager to investigate and resolve any bill discrepancies (ie: cost and receiving differences). Review and process all expense reports in Concur.
