Role Description
The Intercompany Accounting Specialist reviews the preparation and completion of intercompany transactions that deal with the GEC resource and recharges. The role also tackles more complex tasks and ensures process adherence with the accounting standards, company policies and stakeholder requirements.

Process Delivery
- Process and review manual and automated intercompany invoices, ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.
- Support internal and external audits and collaborate with audit teams to address inquiries, audit points and assist in providing documents.
- Prepare and review invoice and month‑end reports for GEC locations.
- Reconcile incoming and processed invoices within the mailbox system.
- Validate the alignment of intercompany‑entity statements with ledger entries.
