Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in winning work and setting our projects up for success from day one.

What you will be responsible for:

Reviewing project scopes and developing estimating strategies for assigned projects

Preparing detailed, accurate construction cost estimates and supporting documentation

Comfortable managing multiple bids at once

Ensuring all bid submissions are complete and accurate as per plans and specifications, including notations of special or long‑lead items

Coordinating site visits and follow‑up meetings to support the bid process
