About the Role
- Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join an expanding GI service in a collaborative faculty position focused on community-based practice.
- Ideal candidate is a skilled clinician with strong interest in community gastroenterology, supported by resources of a major teaching environment.
- Provide outpatient and inpatient consultative gastroenterology care.
- Perform routine GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopy.
- Manage wide range of GI conditions including GERD, liver disease, IBS, IBD, and GI bleeding.
- Participate in rotating inpatient coverage and call schedule.
- Collaborate with tertiary GI team for advanced cases and referrals.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers, GI nurses, and anesthesiology support.
