**Job Description**
Join a field-based production crew and support day-to-day operations by performing a wide range of general labor tasks. You will move materials on site, handle sampling activities, assist with basic mechanical and construction-related duties, and help maintain safe and efficient plant operations in an outdoor environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work as an active member of a crew to support the production process through general labor duties.
+ Move, load, and unload materials on site, including lifting items up to 50 pounds and loading them into trucks.
+ Perform tasks that require frequent standing, bending, and manual handling of materials in an outdoor setting.
+ Use hand tools and basic mechanical tools safely to assist with construction and plant-related tasks.
