Job Description – General Ledger (GL) Lead

Location - Bangalore

Reports To - Head of Finance

Role Summary

The General Ledger (GL) Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial closing activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for the organization. The role requires strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, inventory accounting, costing, and manufacturing finance processes within an FMCG environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounting operations in a high-growth FMCG, manufacturing, or D2C business and should be proficient in ERP/accounting platforms such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
