This firm handles general litigation as well as personal injury suits so is open to all litigators. You'll need the ability to handle multiple practice areas.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will handle a variety of personal injury litigation matters from start to finish. Specifically, you will:

• Represent clients in court and legal proceedings
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and more
• Walk clients through every step of the legal process
• Work with expert witnesses and prep reports
• Show up strong at depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Travel throughout SC for court appearances when needed
