Responsibilities:

Deliver painting schedule
across the prison in internal and external areas across an agreed period.

Deliver planned and reactive
maintenance, when requested, across prison fabric and building services assets.

Liaise
with engineers and subcontractors, maintaining a strong understanding of site systems and services.
