Summary

You'll be responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of one of the National Trust’s busiest visitor businesses (with over 350,000 visitors per annum), with a unique heritage with nature and farming at its core. You'll manage a Property Leadership Team across diverse departments. Leading from the front, inspiring, and motivating your team, you'll encourage innovation and turning strategy into daily operations.
