GENERAL MANAGER – THE PAIN COLLECTIVE Cape Town | Healthcare Operations | Full-Time

Salary: R65 000 – R75 000 per month

The Pain Collective is one of South Africa’s fastest-growing interdisciplinary chronic pain networks and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to help scale and operationally integrate our expanding national healthcare ecosystem.

This is NOT a traditional hospital management role.

We are not looking for:

a corporate administrator, a hierarchy-dependent executive, or somebody who manages primarily through delegation.

A high-agency operational integrator and systems builder.

This role is best suited to somebody who:

thrives in fast-moving startup or scaling environments, is highly organised, thinks in systems and workflows, communicates exceptionally well, executes independently, and can take ownership of complex operational problems from beginning to end.
