General Manager

Our client is a biotechnology company headquartered in the USA that provides rare disease therapies to patients in the United States and the Middle East.

To support its continued expansion in the Middle East, the company is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee its Dubai office.

• Develop and execute market strategies for rare disease therapies across the Middle East, particularly in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
• Oversee full P&L management of the Dubai office.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase market share.
