Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, establish a sense of urgency, and act as a role model for the team.
• Work hands-on with staff during daily operations.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Demonstrate a guest-first approach at all times.
• Hire, train, and develop staff.
• Promote the restaurant in the local market.
• Coordinate in-store promotions.
