The purpose of the role is to lead the design and implementation of an integrated strategy, risk, governance and compliance policy and framework as well as institutional cooperation to enable effective delivery of NHFC policy objectives, support optimized performance and ensure all statutory and other legal requirements and obligations are met.

Strategic Direction and Risk Framework Provide strategic direction to the development of Enterprise-Wide Risk Strategies and EWR Policies. Oversee the development of a comprehensive integrated risk policy framework that will guide NHFC’s operations.
