The Barron Water Control District Board of Supervisors is seeking applicants for the position of a General Manager. The Barron Water Control District is a FS §298 special district. By an interlocal agreement, the General Manager will also serve the Port LaBelle Community Development District, a FS §190 special district. Applicants must have a minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent in practical experience in administration or engineering related fields and have the ability to understand the composition, duties, and responsibilities of a special purpose government agency.
