Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced General Manager to join their team
Minimum requirements:
- Matric Certification
- Diploma in Management, Hospitality, or related qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong HR experience and dealing with disciplinaries
- Strong financial management experience
- Experience with property maintenance and facilities upkeep
- Proven ability to manage a team of ±45 staff including management team
- Managing and overseeing +- 6 departments
