Job Overview

As a General Manager you will lead the store by example in selling to customers and learn the ins and outs of the General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of a 48 hour weekly retail schedule
• Achieve personal sales goal
• Assist with managing the sales team and new hires
• Provide training and set goals for sales team
• Create an extraordinary experience for guests
• Support the store’s Management Team whenever needed and be able to fulfill their role and duties as necessary
• Communicate well with the management team regarding individual and department performance
• Conduct morning and afternoon huddle meetings with an agenda to motivate, inform, and educate sales professionals and management team
