The Restaurant/General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning by supervising and managing junior staff. 

Candidate requirements;

• Must have a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role at a premium restaurant.


• Must have a Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
