Own the sales P&L outcomes of the pre‑owned business, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, disciplined margin management, and healthy stock turnover. Define and execute sales and commercial strategies, including pricing frameworks, stock mix, and vehicle positioning aligned to market demand and profitability goals. Oversee quarterly and annual business planning, translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes for Sales Managers and their teams. Monitor performance across revenue, gross margin, inventory ageing, and operating costs, providing clear commercial direction where course correction is required.
