General Operative (Fixed Term)

Comer Group Ireland, one of Ireland's largest private landlords, are seeking a Full Time General Operative to join our Dublin Maintenance Team.

This is a temporary fixed-term position (8-12 weeks) to provide sick leave cover.

This role requires movement to work across multiple residential and commercial blocks, completing maintenance works in multiple properties.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous communication and interaction with the Group Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Team
• Identify and report preventative maintenance issues to the Group Maintenance Manager
• Inspecting and testing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
• To respond to and attend all building related safety concerns
