• Our client located in the Carlingford area is a doctor owned well established centre of over 35 years.
• With a loyal patient base, they had infact been 25% busier since COVID
• The principal GP is known and takes every care to maintain a very traditional style of practice and service
• In the next 12 months the owners want to slow down after 30 years
• This is a Mixed billing surgery and the focus is on continuity of care
• They are currently turning people away as their books are full.
• Fantastic rates with options to potentially take over the practice in the coming years.
• Experienced Nurse available tp support the GPs
