**Job Title: General Production Associate**
**Job Description**
This role supports the manufacturing of specialty chemicals, including zeolite, alumina, and rare earth chemicals, by accurately mixing materials and preparing them for packaging and shipment to industries such as automotive, oil and gas, and renewable energy. You will work on-site in a production environment, following detailed instructions to ensure each batch meets quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient work area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and follow written work orders and production schedules that clearly state chemical portions and requirements for each batch.
+ Accurately measure and weigh ingredients using scales and graduated containers to meet specified formulations.
+ Lift and handle buckets containing 30–50 pounds of material, scooping and pouring them into mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
