**Production Operator, pay raise to $26.70/hour after 4 months**
The Production Operator works in a blow mold facility and monitors pre-form machines, labelers, and blow mold machines to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. This role supports high-quality manufacturing by operating and overseeing production equipment and assisting with related tasks in a clean, small-team environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor pre-form machines, labelers, and blow mold machines to ensure they run safely, efficiently, and within quality standards.
+ Operate production and manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
+ Perform basic machine adjustments and use mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor issues during production.
