**General Production Worker**
This role focuses on industrial cleaning and general production support in a demanding steel mill environment. You use hand tools and power equipment to clean machinery and surrounding work areas, remove ash and debris, and help maintain a safe and orderly facility. The position involves physically intensive tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and climbing, while following strict safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools and equipment to perform thorough cleaning tasks on machinery and surrounding work areas.
+ Operate shovels, scrapers, power washing equipment, hoses, and similar tools to remove debris and buildup.
+ Clean ash from produced material and shovel it into buckets for proper disposal.
+ Clean oil, spills, grease, ash, lime, and other residues from areas around machinery and production equipment.
