General Production Worker

**HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift**

📍 Eastern Indianapolis Region

**Immediate openings with a growing manufacturer — clean facility, paid training, and long-term opportunity.**

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Operate **up to 4 machines at a time**
+ Perform **tool changes** using hand & power tools
+ Inspect parts using **measurement tools**
+ Move materials and keep production running
+ Track **materials and batch records**

**Requirements:**

+ **1+ year machine operating experience**
+ Comfortable with **tools & mechanical work**
+ Ability to **read blueprints**
+ Reliable work history
+ Comfortable in a **warm environment**
+ _CNC experience is a plus_
