**Job Description**

This role focuses on electronic assembly of switches used in military, government, agriculture, and healthcare applications. You will work with small parts, precision hand tools, and PC boards to build high-quality components while following detailed instructions and maintaining strong attention to detail throughout your shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble electronic switches and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
+ Work with small parts and demonstrate strong hand–eye coordination when handling and assembling components.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to build and secure various component parts.
+ Gather and organize all materials and components needed to complete assigned assemblies.
