JobDescription . Assist clients with their hygiene needs, such as toileting, and transferring. . Assist in taking clients vital signs, monitor their wellbeing and report to superior if any abnormality observed. . Escort and assist clients during vehicular transport to and from the centre and outings. Ensure clients' safety and comfort during transportation, including assisting with boarding and alighting from the vehicle. Assist Program Coordinator to conduct activities with clients. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements Training will be provided Able to work independently and as part of a team 5 day work week
