Generative AI Engineer

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Karma Group is building a world-class digital content engine — and Generative AI is at the heart of it. As our Generative AI Engineer (Video & Creative AI), you will be the person who turns AI capabilities into actual content: cinematic-quality travel videos, on-brand visual assets, and scalable creative systems that power campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and creative — comfortable prompting, fine tuning, and deploying models, but equally obsessed with the aesthetics of the output. This is not a research role it is a hands-on role. RESPONSIBILITIES Use tools like Runway Gen-3, Sora, Kling, Pika, and Hailuo to generate and direct high quality static, animated visual assets and video content for Karma’s properties across the globe.
