The Role

As part of a multidisciplinary/multiagency team the post holder will manage a highly specialist or complex caseload, using evidence‑based practice and client‑centred principles to assess, plan and implement care, provide expert advice and support, operating within a defined specialism across NHS Lanarkshire.
