The Role
Work as a Generic Specialist Practitioner as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team within the Respiratory Virtual Ward.Undertake clinical assessment and review of patients via telephone, video call, or face to face in their own homes.Review and monitor patients using DOCCLA remote monitoring systemsLiaise closely with colleagues across the service to ensure continuity and quality of care.Report to the Interface Service Manager and participate in relevant working groups to support service improvement and enhanced patient outcomeCar Driver essentialAdditional Information Specific to the Role
