Overview
A growing luxury dealership group is seeking an experienced Genesis Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team and deliver a premium, concierge‑level customer experience aligned with Genesis brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to exceed targets.
- Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and closing transactions.
- Deliver a luxury customer experience consistent with Genesis expectations.
- Track KPIs such as volume, gross profit, and conversion rates.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Collaborate with Finance (F&I) and service departments for seamless transactions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market trends.
- Implement strategies to increase dealership sales and profitability.
