We’re looking for an experienced Genesis Mobile App Administrator to own the day-to-day operations of the Genesis Mobile platform. You’ll ensure high availability, resolve user issues, coordinate with vendors, and act as the bridge between IT, business, and Genesis support teams.

• Application Support & Maintenance

  Handle L1 & L2 support for Genesis Mobile App users.

  Log, track, and drive resolution of high-priority incidents.

  Lead incident calls and give clear status updates to stakeholders during outages.

  Troubleshoot and resolve routine application issues quickly.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
