We’re looking for an experienced Genesis Mobile App Administrator to own the day‑to‑day operations of the Genesis Mobile platform. You’ll ensure high availability, resolve user issues, coordinate with vendors, and act as the bridge between IT, business, and Genesis support teams.

• Application Support & Maintenance
  • Handle L1 & L2 support for Genesis Mobile App users
  • Log, track, and drive resolution of high-priority incidents
  • Lead incident calls + give clear status updates to stakeholders during outages
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine application issues quickly
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Raise/track tickets with Genesis product support & external vendors
