Geology Instructor - Adjunct (Online)

Anticipated Start: Fall 2026 (August 3, 2026)

Position Type: Semester-based adjunct appointment, with the possibility of renewal depending on enrollment needs and performance.

Primary Purpose: Teach geology courses in accordance with established course outlines and the published schedule.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach geology courses.
• Deliver all courses fully online asynchronously.
• Maintain accurate student records and submit all required college reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators in program planning, assessment, and continuous improvement processes.
• Prepare, review, and update course outlines regularly.
• Recommend and assist with curriculum revisions as needed.
