Description
We are looking for an experienced Geostructural Driller to join our specialty construction team. In this role, you will operate specialized drilling equipment on micropile, soil nail wall, tieback anchor, rock anchor, and grouting projects. The ideal candidate brings strong equipment knowledge, sound judgment in changing soil and rock conditions, and a leadership mindset that supports a safe, productive crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Work safely and comply with all company, client, and site-specific policies and procedures.
- Assist in selecting the appropriate drill rig and tooling, including Comacchio, Casagrande, TEI, or similar equipment, based on project requirements and observed soil or rock conditions.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on drilling equipment to confirm proper function before use.
- Set up, stabilize, position, and align drill rigs at planned boring locations.
