Geotechnical Lead – Projects, Design & Client Growth

WSP in New Zealand is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead complex projects in Napier, Taupō, or Gisborne. This role will involve providing technical direction, building strong client relationships, and enhancing geotechnical capabilities across the region.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of consultancy experience in geotechnical engineering, a Bachelor's degree, and be a Chartered Professional Engineer. A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
