Opportunity Description
- Design and implement the end-to-end S&OP process from scratch.
- Align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain in integrated planning.
- Develop demand, supply, and capacity plans across short and long-term horizons.
- Lead S&OP governance forums and decision-making processes.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, capacity).
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting operations and service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement and process digitalization.
- Support executive decision-making through integrated and data-driven insights.
