POSITION SUMMARY
Implement the strategies and human resource policies of the company, managing part of the following processes: compensation, benefits, training, development, labor relations, recruitment and selection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to leaders of the areas in situations that require knowledge of technical and / or use of people management instruments.
- Lead the development and implementation of succession planning actions and enhancement of leadership.
- Facilitate the proper administration of personnel management processes.
- Identify training needs and develop action plans.
- Ensure the quality of staff employed by the company, by defining criteria and procedures, managing the process of recruitment and selection.
- Conduct collective bargaining process with the unions, together with the legal department.
