Opportunity Description
A Customer Service Advisor based in Latin America who is bilingual (English and German are required) to join our Customer Service team.
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and game history;
Collecting feedback from players in order to improve user experience.
German translation.
Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service.
Ability to problem solve and find a resolution.
Interest in blockchain/gaming.
Preferred:
Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
