German Customer Service Representative Full Remote

This is a remote position. Location: Remote in Portugal Workload: 100% (Full-Time, Permanent Contract) Position Overview: We are looking for German-speaking Customer Consultants to join the Retention team. Your main responsibility will be handling incoming calls from customers intending to cancel their contracts, aiming to retain them through excellent service, upselling, and cross-selling where applicable. Main Responsibilities: - Manage inbound customer calls regarding contract cancellations. - Advise customers on services and offers to maintain or increase their subscription value. - Upsell and cross-sell products and services. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Meet defined quality and performance standards.
