For our KWS Berlin we are looking for a temporary German speaking Working Student – Payroll Operations & Automation (m/f/d) with 20 hours/week in Berlin. Your tasks:

  • Support payroll operations with a strong focus on systems, tools, and processes

  • Analyze and handle payroll‑related tickets (Level 1), identify patterns and improvement potential

  • Support automation initiatives (e.g. Agents, workflow optimisation, low‑code solutions)

  • Assist in data checks, validations, and reconciliations between payroll, time management, and HR systems
