Gift Shop Assistant (part-time)

Reporting to the Gift Shop Supervisor you will be responsible for the care of our customers to ensure they have a pleasurable visitor experience. You should have a good eye for detail and keen to experiment with our gift wear displays. This position includes cash handling and dealing with the public.

The part‑time position will require the successful candidate to work 9 days out of 14 (working 45 hours per fortnight), with every second weekend off.

You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities:

• A good understanding of the retail industry (previous experience beneficial)
• An ability to adapt to the needs of the business
• Be proactive and a good team player
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat, professional manner
