Girlswear Designer

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Girlswear Designer to join a succeeding fashion company.

The Girlswear Designer will work across multi product ranges and have a keen eye for trends and a creative flair, with the ability to produce bestselling customer ranges.

The Girlswear Designer Responsibilities

• Attend regular customer meetings, work on customer briefs and present finished ranges
• Liaise with factories overseas daily, and attend sourcing trips
• Analyse current and future trends and interpret this into commercial ranges
• Create detailed tech packs
• Attend comp and inspiration shopping trips

The Girlswear Designer Skills

• Fully competent using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent communication, particularly working between factories and the customers
• Confident in your abilities and when presenting designs
