Opportunity Description
Summary
Our Finance Shared Service Center is looking for a General Ledger Accountant to reinforce our Belgian GL team, reporting to the Head of Shared Service Center.
Ensure all the accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately with a high standard of supporting documentation.
Review the accounting entries performed by other team members (AP, AR, Bank) and performs accounting entries such as accruals, deferrals and reclassifications as needed.
Responsible for internal reporting and for the annual audited financial statements.
Perform analyses regarding the Balance Sheet, including explanations and documentation.
Ensure that the accounting and tax documentation is updated and maintains the traceability.
