Drive the end‑to‑end creation of consumer‑centric product mixes and communication strategies for the global face moisturisation portfolio, ensuring strong alignment with local market insights. Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop compelling propositions, packaging, and claims that fuel brand growth and deliver business impact. Execute projects with rigor to unlock innovation, enhance consumer engagement, and maximise market performance.
