Within the Global Benefits department, we are looking for a Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. You will set up, monitor and coordinate client engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Implementing and monitoring global brokerage mandatesFollowing up and coordinating the renewal of health and risk (life & disability) policies across all countries where our clients operateProactively analysing key changes and impacts for the client related to renewals or regulatory developments, and presenting them to the client’s central teamNegotiating and coordinating renewal conditions with international reinsurance networks in the framework of global solutions such as poolingMonitoring and coordinating renewals managed by Aon Captive teamsHelping to prepare client meetings in which you will participate to pres...
